That's correct—the globally renowned, or should I say, famous Chef Alex selected me to be his apprentice! Can you believe it? Just a year ago, I was fortunate enough to land a role as an official "wiener steamer" at my town's annual hot dog eating and cooking games free contest. To be honest, the last three winners had their hot dogs steamed by none other than me. Whoa! I almost forgot to mention that. Oh well... it's not like anyone else is going to read this secret cooking diary anyway...
