Grandma, who is a bit out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city streets, trying to evade capture. To avoid being caught and sent back to the asylum, she must cover a certain distance. But her escape is far from easy—pursuing her are orderlies armed with straightjackets, and the path ahead is filled with sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky obstacles. As she hurriedly navigates the city, Grandma not only fumbles away from the nurses but also collects gold coins along her route, adding an extra element of excitement to her daring escape.
